The conclusion to the EHF Congress saw the awarding of YAC events for 2014 and 2015
Younger Age Category events awarded
The EHF Congress voted on the awarding of a number of YAC events to be played in the summers of 2014 and 2015 in Monaco. These included:
Men’s U18 European Championship 2014: Poland (venues: Gdansk and Gdynia) – only applicant, as FYR Macedonia withdrew their bid
Men’s U20 European Championship 2014: Austria (venues: Linz and Traun) – only applicant
Women’s U17 European Championship 2015: FYR Macedonia (venues: Ohrid, Skopje) - only applicant
Women’s U19 European Championship 2015: no applicant, the new EHF Executive will invite all member federations to bid for this tournament again
